I understand that I am making a commitment to this rabbit for their lifetime of ten years or more. Should my life circumstances change; should the rabbit fall ill; or should other difficulties arise between us, I agree to work through such issues so that he may remain a member of my household. I agree to give the rabbit play and exercise time in a safe environment. I agree to bunnyproof my home. I am adopting this rabbit as a house pet, and at no time will he or she be left outside overnight. I will supervise any outdoor play activity and provide protection from predators. I will monitor the outdoor temperature closely. Ideal temperature for Angoras to enjoy outdoor play/exercise is between 50-80 degrees F. Please type your initials below if you agree.

I agree that True Hearts for Healing Paws Rescue is authorized to remove this animal if he or she is not receiving adequate home care or is being endangered by lack of veterinary care, or if there has been a violation of the adoption agreement or any local anti-cruelty laws. I am agreeing to allow the rescue to do a home check, post adoption, within 3 months to ensure everything is going well. If, at that time, the rescue deems the animal is not in the best home, they may take the animal(s) back into their care. Please initial if you agree.

I will not rehome this animal or give it to anyone else without the express, written permission of an authorized representative of this rescue.

All of the information I have given above true and complete. The pet will reside in my home as a family pet. I will provide it with food, shelter, water, training, affection and any medical care including preventative. If any of the information changes, I will advise you promptly. Any answers found to be untruthful, now or later may result in the loss of the adopted pet, any court costs incurred to retrieve the pet will be responsibility of the adopter.
